Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Myril Jewels ships all over the world. More info about shippings here

When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days, if possible even before. Most of the designs are made to order, so a few working days are required to make your own jewel.

Can I track my order?

You'll be able to select at checkout the shiping method you prefer.

Free shipping doesn't include tracking. Standard Shipping with Tracking and Express Shipping will provide trackign details.

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation yet, is it all ok with my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order and then a second email to confirm once your order has dispatched. If you do not receive this email please check your junk and promo folders.

My order has not arrived yet, is it lost?

While most of our shipments arrive within the designated delivery timeframe, it's important to note that certain parcels may encounter delays. These delays are often beyond our control and typically occur during the customs clearance process or due to high traffic holiday periods.

If your parcel experiences extended delays beyond the specified timeframe, we recommend checking that the provided address is correct, and please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll gladly offer further assistance in resolving the issue.

My tracking information has not updated recently, should I be worried?

It's not unusual to see a lack of update for several days for international shipments and this can be due to several factors including normal transit and customs delays.

For example after a parcel leaves the country of origin (Italy), the next update will be when the destination country receives the parcel, processes it and the releases it to the next facility, so several days could be needed.

My order results delivered but I haven't received it?

From time to time courers might mark that the package has been delivered a day before the actual delivery date. Kindly consider this additional period for the mail carrier to finalize the delivery. If the package does not arrive within this timeframe, we recommend checking that the provided address is correct and complete and then check any secure locations the driver might have utilized and consulting your nearby residents. In the event that you are still unable to locate the order, please contact us at info@myril.it and we'll gladly offer further aid.

Will I be charged customs fees to receive my order in EU?

No, EU customers will not be charged custom fees. All Taxes & Duties are already included.

Will I be charged customs fees to receive my order?

For international orders outside of the EU, it is important to note that customs or import duties and taxes may apply when the packages reach the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges, such as taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges imposed by the destination country.

Please be aware that Myril Jewels cannot be held responsible for these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, if any, that will be levied. To determine if any additional fees will be applied to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for paying any additional fees upon receiving the package. If these fees are not paid in full and the order is returned to us, the outstanding charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can request a cancellation by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase. Once cancelled you'll receive the full refund, consider it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

My item arrived damaged

We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us at info@myril.it proving your order number and some photos. We'll find a suitable solution asap.

I received my order but with a wrong/missing item

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, wholesale prices and details can be requested at info@myril.it

Can I return my order/some items?

Yes! You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to return all of it, or some items only.

How can I return some items?

To start a return you'll need to reach out to us at info@myril.it and you'll be given an address where to send them.

Please note that the return shipping cost is always up to the customer. Myril Jewels will pay the return only in case the customer receives a wrong/defective item.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

After returning an item, when will I get my refund?

As soon as we receive your return, we'll check that the returned items correspond to the return request and then we'll immediately place the refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank/credid card to process the transaction.

About Our Products

Are the jewels handmade?

Yes! All the jewels are handmade, so it’s also possible to ask for custom works.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely yes! Custom orders are the key to satisfaction, we'll be more than happy to make your own custom jewel.

If one design is out of stock, is there any chance that it will be restocked?

It depends from one design to another, but in most cases yes, even out-of-stock items can be made on request, maybe with slight changes in the design. Contact us for more details!

Are all the jewels anallergic?

Yes! All jewelry are nickel and lead safe.

Do you do gift wraps?

All designs are shipped in a rigid gift box with a silver logo + organza bag.

You can request a special gift wrap in the notes box at checkout , in this way we'll add an extra black ribbon on the box, and we'll leave the cards inside blank for you to write a birthday wish.
